Barnacle‑encrusted rope weaves through the altar, tied with human hair used as thread to bind rusted farm nails and small swatches of crop fabric. Hidden NFC tokens and inlaid iron markers activate an AR layer: a locative map that animates conversion sequences, plays recorded stewardship testimonies, and traces material provenance to specific fields and wetlands. Around the altar are seed-packet repair stations and a stitched “company ledger” cloth where visitors and supply‑chain actors can commit to concrete stewardship actions.
